1. Standard delivery times of goods and services:

Standard delivery time of every product is two weeks starting from the date of an order was placed.

2. Return/exchange of goods:

DreamDecor.pk offers 100% free return/replacement if there is any damage or color/design was different as requested.

3. REFUNDS AND REFUND POLICIES:

Upon order cancellation by customers, DreamDecor.pk refunds the remaining amount (as a Cheque to customer’s address) after deductions (clearly mentioned under “Cancellation of orders”).

Upon order cancellation by DreamDecor.pk due to any reason (i.e. out of stock), customers would get 100% refund (as a cheque to customer’s address) within 15 days.

4. Cancellation of orders:

Non – COD:

Followings are the deductions upon order cancelation:

• Cancelled on the same day – No deduction except the standard payment transferred fees
• Cancelled after one day – 25% of deduction from total amount

COD:

• Cancelled on the same day – No deduction except the standard payment transferred fees
• Cancelled after one day – 25% of deduction of total amount (appear as negative balance)
• Declined to receive the order without any reason – 50% of deduction of total amount (appear as negative balance).
